Cancellation Policy

Payment for in-person premium services can be made by cash or check made out to GrantAnswers LLC. Any change/cancellation to be initiated by client requires at least 24 hours notice. No-shows and those who do not provide 24 hours notice of change/cancellation are charged a $200 flat fee.
